good surf caster for no more then around $100

Hi, i am looking for a nice surf caster to match with a Shimano 10000FA Spinning reel, the line I am using is 8kg and 13kg Power Pro Braid, I will be using it for beach and rock fishing for Mackerel, Tailor, jewfish, Sharks, Rays, Small kingfish, Mac tuna, and other fish of similar size.
