It would be a great help to see how you boyz make up your shark baits as well as to know which baits are used for different species of shark.

I am going sharkingsaturday night again. I will take some photos of baits. Got my mate onto his first decent shark last weekend, a 7-8ft hammer

A shark will generally eat any bait. Eel, ray, tuna, mackerel, bonito, tailor, mullet ect

I got plenty of bait in the freezer and am really keen to have a sesh to beat my PB before it too late however, this rain isn't improving my chances :dry: Its probably too fresh to do some sharking isn't it?

If you didn't go sharking last night you were a fruitloops me and my mate tried the mouth of the logan for squat heaps of fresh really poor water quality and ripping outgoing tide got a big freshwater eel in the pots so had fresh bait decided to go to Jacobs well was bucketing down rain were there out the front of the boat ramp for not even 10 minutes before my mate got busted off ended up getting about 10 runs in a bit over 2 hours but only 2 were landed before the wind picked up out of nowhere blowing a solid 15-20knots so grabbed the pots with a few just under legal an one legal and headed home so they are around and it's only a bit of rain anyway :silly:
