Activity: power boat races - exclusion zone

Mariners are advised that power boat races will be taking place within an exclusion zone off

Scarborough, Redcliffe and Margate between 1300 hours and 1500 hours on Saturday,

14 September 2013 and between 1000 hours and 1430 hours on 15 September 2013.

The event area will be enforced by the Queensland Water Police and is classed as an

"Exclusion Zone" for other ships whilst the power boat racing is being conducted. A series of

marker buoys will indicate the exclusion zone.

Mariners are advised to navigate with extreme caution if proceeding close to the "Event Area".
