Hinze Western arm 26/9/24

Back again to the western arm with Rick Stated off at the bottle tree in Ians island with around 1 fish caught before the school moved on. Only a few fish at the tip of Ians island so we moved upstream to the sticks on the flats and once again the schools moved on fairly quickly so up to the trees above bass bay to increase our tally to 48 bass by 11am. We then checked some of the shrimp pots so we would be ready for sundays onslaught. 45 bass tagged and released and 2 bleeders fed to the waiting eagle.

Well done Ray ,hope you’ve been keeping well ,  looks like your back onto the bass! 
I presume the shrimp are being a bit more cooperative in the western arm again?

I’m off to Fraser Island on Sunday for a week , once I’m back I’ll give you a call and I’ll take you up to Maleny for a fish.
