tailor sat night

just got back from chasing tailor out around green isl :woohoo: a beatiful night not much run in the tide so i didnt think we were going to get a lot:unsure: got there around 4.30 first fish came on board in half an hour :ohmy: only gust akeeper then it was on :woohoo: seen a school of bait fish being chased by somthing so throw our line over to where they were:woohoo: :woohoo: in comes 8 tailor double hookups 2 of us fishing then all goes quiet for a while then on again:woohoo: :woohoo: fish after fish we ended up with 15 tailor :kiss: then one bream on our last pillie left them biting out of bait there goes any chance of fotm as they were getting bigger the biggest was only around 46cm any ways a good couple of hours fishing left around 7.30;) photos to come

Sounded like the bite was too good to be using the floats this time.

Could have used some of the tailor for bait

yes ellicat we didnt think of cutting a fillet off the tailor for bait :silly: us and all fish were taken using the float system caught none with gust floating a pilley without the float on and that was putting the bait right next to the other lines :ohmy: we always find using a float works better out in the bay:cheer: al
